Fagerhult AB announced that at the shareholder's general meeting held on April 21, 2008 a dividend of SEK 4.50 per share was decided.
The company announced that Anna Malm Bernsten, Per Borgvall, Eric Douglas, Bjorn Karlsson, Eva Nygren, Fredrik Palmstierna and Jan Svensson were re-elected as members of the board. Anders Frick had declined re-election. Jan Svenssson was elected as a new chairman of the board. Gustaf Douglas, Jan Svensson and Bjorn Karlsson were re-elected to the nominating committee. They were authorized to elect further one or two members.

For the quarter, the company reported after tax profit of SEK 43.3 million or SEK 3.37 earnings per share on net sales of SEK 697.2 million compared to the after tax profit of SEK 27 million or SEK 2.10 earnings per share on net sales of SEK 609.7 million for the same quarter year ago.
